GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF CONTRACTING
1. GENERAL PROVISIONS
These General Terms and Conditions of Contracting regulate the legal relationship arising from the contracting processes carried out between user-clients and {{empresa.titular}} through this website.
The acceptance of this document implies that the user:
Has read, understands, and comprehends what is stated herein.
Is a person with sufficient capacity to contract.
Assumes all the obligations set forth herein.
These conditions shall have an indefinite period of validity and shall apply to all contracts made through the website. The provider reserves the right to modify these conditions, without this affecting the services that were contracted prior to the modification.

And on the other hand, the User-Client, whose data are those provided by them in the registration, contact, or service request forms on this website.
3. OBJECT OF THE CONTRACT
The purpose of this contract is to regulate the contractual relationship for the provision of legal services, consultancy, legal and real estate advisory, or other specific services agreed upon between the provider and the client through the channels enabled on the website.
The characteristics of each specific service will be detailed in the commercial proposal or engagement letter that will be sent individually to the client after their initial contact.
4. CONTRACTING AND ENGAGEMENT PROCESS
Request for Information / Quote: The user requests information through the website forms (indicating their needs and the required service).
Commercial Proposal (Engagement Letter): The provider will send a detailed financial proposal (Engagement Letter) by email specifying the fees, method of payment, estimated deadlines, and the scope of the legal service.
Acceptance: The contract shall be deemed formalized and binding at the moment the client returns the duly signed Engagement Letter or expressly accepts the conditions and the provided quote in writing.
5. PRICES AND METHODS OF PAYMENT
Prices: The prices applicable to each service will be those stipulated on a personalized basis in the Engagement Letter. Unless otherwise indicated, prices will be expressed in Euros (€) and will not include VAT (Value Added Tax) or other applicable taxes, which will be clearly broken down in the invoice.
Method of payment: Payments shall be made by bank transfer to the account indicated by the provider, or through the secure payment methods formally enabled, complying with the funds provision deadlines agreed upon in the Engagement Letter.
6. RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
In accordance with Article 103 of the Spanish General Law for the Defense of Consumers and Users, the right of withdrawal shall not apply to service provision contracts once the service has been fully executed, or when the execution has begun with the express consent of the consumer and user.
For services whose execution has not begun, the client considered a consumer shall have a period of 14 calendar days from the signing of the contract to withdraw from it without penalty, notifying it in writing to the contact email address.
7. EXCLUSION OF LIABILITY
The provider shall not be liable for delays or failures in the provision of services when these are due to:
Lack of collaboration, inaccuracy, or delay in the delivery of the documentation and information requested from the client.
Administrative, bureaucratic, or judicial delays by public bodies, courts, notary offices, or official registries.
Causes of force majeure or acts of God.
8. PARTIAL NULLITY
If any clause of these General Conditions is declared null or ineffective, the rest of the conditions shall remain in force and shall be interpreted by omitting the affected clause.
9. APPLICABLE LAW AND JURISDICTION
These conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with Spanish legislation. For any dispute that may arise from the provision of the services object of these Conditions, the parties submit to the Courts and Tribunals of the city of Alhaurín de la Torre, unless a different mandatory jurisdiction is established by law.
